Amazing service, honest staff, clean rooms, convenient location.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, very close to the railway station, market, and mall making it convenient to explore the city. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. the staff was hospitable and friendly, always willing to help with any request. the breakfast offered a great selection of tasty dishes. the hotel facilities were impressive, and the lobby was spacious and well designed.

One aspect that could be improved was the check-out process which could be a bit slow and annoying.

The hotel is located in a really convenient area with shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. The clean and spacious lobby was a pleasant surprise and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. What we really appreciated was the free Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the hotel. It really helped us to stay connected and plan our sightseeing.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied. There were only a few options to choose from and the food was not as hot as we would have liked it.

Great stay in a hotel! It was perfectly located and offered great amenities. I loved that it was close to the business center and shopping malls. the room was spotless and spacious, providing me with a comfortable stay. One highlight was the food, which was of great quality and tasted amazing. the staff were very welcoming and always greeted me with a smile. They were quick to respond to any requests I had.
